We offer free delivery within the City of Lethbridge. Bookings outside the City of Lethbridge limits will incur an additional fee of $1.10 per km return trip. Multiple-day bookings will incur higher delivery fees outside the City of Lethbridge. (Call for more details)
Air Jump will set up each unit and ensure that it is clean and in good working condition before your scheduled event starts. Then, after the party is over, Air Jump will come back to take it down. Setup normally takes about 10-15 minutes per unit, and takedown is about 20-25 minutes per unit. This service is included in your rental cost.
Air Jump fan blowers plug into a standard 110 household outlet. However, we cannot plug more than one fan into one circuit. We supply 100+ feet of power cords, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet/circuit we are utilizing. Placement of the unit should be no more than 80-90 ft from an outlet. If you would like to set up Air Jump units at a park or place without an electrical outlet within 80-90 ft, it will be your responsibility to provide a power source such as a generator.

Yes. Our inflatables are engineered and constructed to the highest safety standards. As with any activity involving small children, adult supervision is required to assist children entering and exiting the units. Rules and procedures are listed at the time of booking.
Yes. We carry $2 million liability insurance. Please note: All individuals and companies that rent Air Jump units are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up, contact our office for a copy if needed. We CANNOT set up a unit until the liability waiver is signed.
Each unit must be paid in full as soon as you book them. With the option of a full refund 1 week prior to your booking.
Deposits are fully refundable if we are not able to set up due to the weather or if a cancellation is made 7 calendar days prior to the event.
We can not set up in rain, snow, sub-zero temperatures, or winds over 30 km per hour. However, we are flexible and can make a “game-day” decision regarding weather. Inclement weather will allow a full refund.
We have worked with provincial and municipal governments, organizations, and large groups. We can set up our attractions outdoors or indoors as long as we can fit through the doors and have space to inflate.
